To gain the most satisfaction from our services, we recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes early. We have a magnificent tea room where we offer filtered water, ayurvedic tea, dried fruits, nuts, Old Vine Zinfandel, Sauvignon Blanc, and Champagne. Please remember that if you are late for your appointment your treatment will be shortened and it will end at the scheduled time so that the next guest isn’t delayed. If you would like to have a steam in one of our steam showers or a shampoo blow dry after your massage please book in advance to ensure that we provide you with the highest quality service.
Please call or email us to book an appointment. We will ask for a credit card number to guarantee your appointment. Your appointment will be confirmed with a call or email the day before your scheduled appointment. Please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment of any changes or cancellations. If you do not cancel your appointment we charge 100% of the service fee to your card and give you 30% back on a Kamalaspa gift card.
We accept cash, Kamalaspa gift cards, cashier’s checks, manager’s check, travellers cheques, major credit cards(Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB), Spa Finder certificates and Spa Wish certificates as payment for all services and products. All prices at our online store and in our menu are subject to change without notice.
Kamalaspa Gift Cards are available for purchase online or over the phone. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or replaced if lost or stolen. You must present the gift card or valid identification to redeem the balance on the card at the time of your service. We can ship the cards to you via regular mail or FedEx. We can also hold the cards at Kamalaspa for you or the person you are gifting the card to.
Please turn cell phones, pagers, pdas, and laptops off and store them in a safe place while you are at Kamalaspa. We encourage you to leave your work and stresses behind you when you enter the spa and salon. We understand that you may need to use your phone while you are at the spa and salon. If you must use your phone, please respect your fellow patrons by talking quietly in the stair well or by talking in the foyer entrance of the building. Due to the nature of our environment, only children 16 years or older are permitted and must be accompanied by an adult with an appointment. Please leave valuables, including pets, at home. Kamalaspa is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
If you’re not completely satisfied with our products, please return it with the receipt within fourteen days of purchase. You can exchange your return for a different product or receive a Kamalaspa Gift Card for future use.
